Mark Moran is the President and Chief Operating Officer of Knickerbocker Roofing & Paving Co. Inc., a commercial roofing contractor firm specializing in Low and Steep Slope, Architectural Sheet Metal, Vegetative Roofing and Maintenance. He is a 5th generation family member at Knickerbocker which has been in operation since 1886.
Mark joined the CRCA Board of Directors in 2020. He serves as the Chair of the CRC / Local 11 Joint Safety Committee as well as a Trustee of the Roofers’ Union Welfare Trust Fund and the Roofers’ Pension Fund. He previously served on the National Roofing Contractors Association Board of Directors.
He received a BA from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from the Quinlan School of Business, Loyola University Chicago. He is married to Tara, and they have a daughter and a son.
In addition to CRCA, Knickerbocker Roofing is also a member of the Midwest Roofing Contractors Association and the National Roofing Contractors Association.
