Ryan currently serves as Project Manager, handles Ridgeworth Roofing CAD program and take-offs, and attends pre-bid meetings. He is the third generation in the family business. He started full time with the company after graduation, and progressed his way through the apprenticeship program prior to joining the management team.
He finished the Future Executive Institute through the National Roofing Contractor's Association (NRCA) at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Business in early 2017. This three-year program has prepared Ryan to eventually take over the family business.
Ryan serves on the CRCA Trade Show Committee, following in his father and grandfather’s footsteps. He became CRCA Trade Show Co-Chair in 2019. He also serves on the Industry Affairs / Tech and Safety Committees.
Ryan and his wife, Christen, are proud parents to their two daughters.
